Fundamentos legais para a inserção da educação patrimonial no currículo da educação integral do município de São Borja, RS

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the legal foundations that support the insertion of Heritage Education in the Full-Time Education curriculum, in articulation with Human Rights Education. The study analyzes federal, state and municipal legislation, as well as municipal normative documents, including the School Regulations, the Pedagogical and Operational Guidelines for Full-Time Education and the Political-Pedagogical Project of CETIM Neuza Goulart Brizola. The results indicate that there is legal and institutional support for the inclusion of Heritage Education in the curriculum, especially in the fields of integral formation, citizenship, cultural diversity and the right to memory.
